The Emotionally Connected Parent - Mothers Series
The Emotionally Connected Parent - Mothers Series
As mothers, we are often the safe place for our children. It’s beautiful - though in practice, it also means we absorb the brunt of their emotions and challenges. And that, in turn, can really stretch us, because our plates are already so full. It’s no wonder we sometimes find ourselves at breaking point - snapping, walking out of the room because we can’t bear another sound, or retreating into our phones, chores, or work just to escape the chaos. We all go through this.
Most of us want to raise children who are connected with their emotions - children who grow into adults able to live fully, present with themselves and with others. And we want to be able to model that for them. Though we may not have had that upbringing ourselves, so we're learning together with our children as they grow.
This series is about finding support amongst mothers and tools to help us be who we want to be as individuals and as parents. Together, we’ll learn how to stay present and calm, while also holding boundaries, even when your child (or you) feels swept away by strong emotions.
In doing so, you’ll be building the foundations for a deeper connection and a stronger relationship with your child - one that lasts for years to come.
Join an individual session or come to the full series to explore some of the tricky emotional topics that often come up during parenthood in the safe and intimate space of a group of mothers, supportively held.
Each session would involve coaching, exercises, sharing and practical tools that you will learn to use at home.
- Session 1: Anger - 22 October, Wed.
- Session 2: Disappointment - 5 November, Wed.
- Session 3: Grounded Presence - 20 November, Thurs.
- Session 4: Connection - 3 Dec, Wed.

Elisa Dari
Hi, I’m Elisa. I’m a therapeutic coach and certified IFS practitioner with a special focus on supporting parents through the emotional ups and downs of family life.
Over the past few years, I’ve facilitated multiple MotherCircle groups and created spaces where mothers can feel heard, supported, and connected. My work blends Internal Family Systems (IFS), trauma-informed coaching, and nervous system practices to help parents not only navigate challenges with their children but also discover more about themselves along the way.
Parenting is never just about raising our kids — it’s also about growing as people. I’m passionate about walking alongside parents as they explore that journey, offering guidance, compassion, and a safe space to connect.
