Beetroot (33%), Chick Pea Flour, Chick Peas (17%), Red Kidney Beans (17%), Apples, Hemp (6%), Chia Seeds (5%), Red Wine Vinegar, Tomato Puree, Ground Flaxseed, Rapeseed Oil, Organic Paprika, Ground Coriander, Dried Onion, Garlic Powder, Cumin Ground.

Recommended form 9m+, as soon as your child is comfortable with finger foods. Serve  mashed if needed to suit your child's eating ability.
