Nutrient-density from Regenerative Agriculture

Why is nutrition in our food declining? What forms of agriculture could be restoring nutrition in our food? What is the nutritional difference between supermarket bought produce and organic direct-to-farm? These are some of the questions we explored in the Innovate UK funded project, Nutrient-Density from Regenerative Agriculture.

Our White Paper

We tested the nutrient-density of 5 crops (carrot, kale, broccoli, dried peas, oats) across 20+ farms against conventional store-bought produce and tested for vitamins and minerals differences
